I have been searching for a while trying to find a place where I could buy quality security window bars. I d wanted something where I did not have to wait weeks for custom orders as I wanted to have it done asap. Finally, I came across "Goodbar Security" and I had the good fortune to get Jeff on the phone! Although, he was in Toronto and I was in Calgary, I was able to describe what I was looking for and he was able to provide me with a few options. I sent measurements and photos of the window and within minutes I received a reply with the options and pricing. One hour later, I was on the way to pick up the window bars. I ask him thru their company website chat, ask him that I lost part of my window security bar #202B29-42 when I moved. He immediately said that he will sent me the missing parts without cost. I was on a serious neurotic mission to fortify my home to hunker down in for the seemingly ensuing Co-vid apocalypse. I contacted Goodbar Security after hours and Jeff was in the chat helped me find some items for the project even when they were on back order via the website. The following night we spoke on the phone to take my order even though they were closed and it was late-o-clock for them over in Canada. He was super helpful and personable on the phone. Just got a good vibe like I was being cared for. The large order of items arrived swiftly (to California) and worked great. When I noticed that a couple few smaller items were missing, I reached out and Jeff responded immediately making moves to send them out with some well-placed humor.
