A local dry cleaner that did not clean up. Dropped off 2 sweaters and a blazer. I asked for rush service and the fastest they could do was 2 days. My sweater came back with a stain on it, but they did not tell me the stain did not come out. The owners are friendly, but transparency would have been appreciated. I found the prices to be very competitive.

I had a situation with my dress 2 days before my wedding and I desperately needed it steamed! It was so badly wrinkled it looked like I had slept in it after getting it back from my seamstress.
