SOS Drain Cleaning

Called SOS Drain Cleaning on recommendation from family member, and after waiting for four days from a different no-show company. SOS booking agent thoroughly listened to what the issue was and the details of what was happening with the clogged main sewage pipe. They booked a technician to come on the Friday before Christmas. Troy the technician arrived earlier than the scheduled time (which worked out great), and after close inspection was able to pinpoint the two clog issues and dealt with them right away. I appreciated the thoroughness from start to finish, and for Troy answering our questions about the work they were doing. The price point for the service was also very reasonable.

I really liked the service.Customer service is excellent— attentive, prompt and cares a lot to the customer. The technician Scott is really good, he is reliable, honest, patient, explains everything, think of solutions to problem, do diagnostics of the clog really well and explain his solution and what he will be doing next. He put himself in customers shoes and he understands the customers needs and concerns. I really liked your service overall and will highly recommend SOS to others.

Great company and great service. We had to installed 4 toilets plus a kitchen sink. Scott came out and had everything done beautifully. Supporting staff was also super friendly. Clear and effective communication throughout (via sms), very approachable, even the payment system was super easy and convenient. Everything was just very smooth. We will for sure call SOS for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

What a great experience we had!
We had a plumber come in he recommended that we call the city, so we called the city, then they recommended that we call a plumber. So we got a second opinion, that plumber said it was some sort of Valve that needed to be fixed but had to rip up the shower and floor.
We called a 3rd plumber who gave us SOS number. They came out that day and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in an hour and a half. Great guy, super friendly and professional. From now on these guys will be my first call.

The operator was true to her word. Called me first thing in the morning the following business day. Sent an amazing lady to do my drain. Leanne answered all my questions patiently while doing the drain. Very respectful . She inspected the home and made sure that everything is working . With the service I got I thought I will be charged an arm and a leg but they gave me a very reasonable rate . This morning, I received a text message following up and ensuring everything is working properly . Thank you.
