its sad for me to see bad reviews over shipping, our 2014 model was purchased used and they have been excellent through customer service as well as diagnosing problems. I appreciate how nice Darlene was and is to deal with, its a large item and im sure shipping can be a mess, especially from canada to the US, 2 of our friends have got spaberrys since and love them.

Bought and paid in full July 2021. Was told delivery in December. In December, well, there are supply issues, in February you'll get it. Now it's February, guess what.... In maybe one to two months!!!!
I asked for my money back, I haven't heard anything yet!!
Update
Finally received the hot tub, after several delays. I decided to stick with it since there was no way to get a refund on fully paid invoices.
The tub looks great and I can't wait to use it.
Too bad it took an extra 4 months to get it.

Best purchase we have made for pure luxury and enjoyment. I love my SpaBerry! Not sure why we waited so long to own a hot tub but it has made me appreciate it more. It did take a long time to arrive, but the wait has proved to be totally worth it. We ordered the SP5 in Sept 2020 and received it in May 2021, which was perfect as we could learn how to operate it and take care of it while the weather was decent. Now daily I look forward to 30 minutes of pure relaxation.
