The Livingston Hub

Rented the Livingston Hub for the first time for our family Eid celebration event. We all are so amazed for the wonderful facility that we have in our community. The hall upstairs is very well done and very spacious. It has an awesome outside view and beautiful kitchen. The best thing is that kids playground and other sports facilities are accessible from inside and fenced so we had no issues with our kids playing outside. The only thing that we are concerned with is the rent including so many charges and fees. There's a separate fee for running music and dancing. We were bringing our own music even then there was a fee for royalty which doesn't make any sense.

Overall the facility amazing is amazing and brand new

Second year open and only the park remains kept up.
The ice this winter was not properly done, nor maintained. Ice depth not even close to think enough to stay frozen.
When talking to management at kept getting the same 2 replies..."thanks, your on our radar now, keep in touch" and " or ice guy has over 30 years experience".
Just get shoved to the side.
And this spring when they took the tarp off the tennis courts, they didn't even bother to clean up the debris that gathered under them all winter (silt/dirt).
We as a family love having this in our community, but a thoroughly disappointed with the way it's maintained.

A great community center and hub. There are halls for rent, that is suitable for party, family gathering, seminar, and other social events and celebration. The has is affordable, spacious, well illuminated, and has washrooms. This center also has a gym, a lawn tennis court, and a basketball court, and outside there are two soccer fields. Lots of parking including wheelchair parking lots and there is a fire service right beside it.

Absolutely the best service I’ve been able to experience here! The gentleman at the front desk, Mr. Warren, was super nice and kind. Was very happy they took pride in keeping the place safe and followed their policy’s. He helped out a lot when we were a bit lost in the neighborhood and helped with getting the family set up with some activities! By far the best guy to see for excellent service and so helpful we appreciate his hard work!
