I've always had good experiences at the Calgary NE location but today was above-and-beyond. We brought in a battery as a core to exchange but Matt ("with two t's") suggested instead that they test the old one first and he'd call in a couple hours to let us know. He indeed called in 2 hours and the battery was good (obviously we have another car issue to deal with). When we picked it up he gave us a detailed report with the battery, all at no charge. He could have easily just sold us the battery we were asking for, or even charged us for the battery charge and test, but he didn't. Saved us money. Very much appreciate the service and honesty. Excellent customer service.
