Huge shoutout to Dina! I was having a horrible night, when I walked in she immediately noticed I was upset and was beyond kind to me! She took the time out of her day to genuinely talk to me and make sure I was okay!

Quality is going down here, often dry bud, wondering if volume has slowed down and sales are following. When they opened the product was alot better, likely not going back to this location anymore. 😒

Usually my experience there was quite good, but when I had a complaint with the quality of their product I got the runaround as to who to contact regarding the matter. They said contact the supplier, who said talk to store. I did so & was met with a blank stare & a "nothing they could do about it." I would have appreciated being told that in the first place instead of the runaround regarding who could help me. I haven't been back since.
