He does the training with the class, encourages the class to push themselves, demonstrates what he expects, and has a careful eye to correct small details in your form. The classes have a camaraderie that brings everyone together, and it’s so rewarding!

Not only does he teach the whole class, he will come around, and also help you one on one until you understand. I love coming here and I highly recommend this place! It's good for adults & children!
