I got a set of 10lb bumbbells last year and just upgraded to a 15lb set. Customer Service is top notch! and I love the fact that I got a great quality product for a great price without having to leave my little town of Crossfield. I ordered the power rack, barbell, set of plates, and a bench for my son for Christmas, and it’s been an absolute win. It’s proven to be a great home gym for all the family to use. There were initially some minor issues with the setup, but the owner was quick to respond and come to rectify them. Turns out, it was more to do with user error than the equipment itself! Vim was great. I found some weights priced cheaper at another dealer but I liked his power cage better so he price matched the competitor and was able to give me the best price on a bundle. Was very nice to have this option with the uncertainty of gyms continuing to be able to operate in Alberta.

Looked at multiple different machines before purchasing from Iron Nova. Not only is this machine a smith machine, but it functions as a free weight squat rack, pull up bar, and many others. The machine amazing and the customer service is top notch; Vim goes above and beyond. This machine is truly one of a kind, I have never seen a machine that has this many abilities and functions.
