iCare Pharmacy Windermere

We moved from another Pharmacy because we have a number of prescription needs in our family and wanted a more personal touch and an increased service level. It was an excellent move for us!
We order, they deliver and anytime we run out of meds Icare makes the call to the Dr on our behalf (when they are able based on regulations).
As a business owner myself I really appreciate quality service and reliability and we feel we have found it with Icare.

Visited iCare Pharmacy Windermere location a couple of weeks ago. The pharmacist, Wasif, was excellent to deal with me and my GP. He took my blood pressure three (3) times and faxed the info the Dr. for me. I didn't want to increase my medication, but he discussed with my Dr. and advised the action plan. Wasif called me today to follow up how I am doing. I feel that I am cared thoroughly from a pharmacist for the first time in my life! I am certainly going back and I recommend this pharmacy!!!

Honestly the best Pharmacy team in town! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, takes the time to answer all of your questions, proactive care and really has the best interest of their patients at heart. Not to mention theyre completely reliable and courteous delivery team.

Wasif and Amber should be given more than 5 stars. This is without doubt the best pharmacy I have ever trusted with my medical requirements. It was our daughter who suggested this pharmacy when I had concerns with a pharmacy I had been using for a long time. I was a bit hesitant, but it was definitely the right decision. Professional, caring, trustworthy, dependable and reliable are just a few words to describe this business. The pharmacy is spotless and when I had my last immunization booster shots Wasif practiced safety and sanitation procedures. I absolutely trust Wasif to tell me what he honestly thinks when I have questions. We have had some serious medical issues in recent months and any questions I had were answered professionally and without hesitation. Thank you Wasif and Amber. Anyone looking for a pharmacy they can trust should come here.

They are AMAZING. I sent them a photo of my prescription and the medication was delivered to my door with no delivery fee! They also asked if my child preferred a certain flavour and gave us the easy draw lids so drawing meds isn’t messy! Hands down best pharmacy I’ve worked with and their customer service blew me away!
