I was not planning to get a new car but when I visited Lexus of Edmonton in the Westend, Ian Fernandez was able to let me try and experience driving a luxury car. He was able to help me find the right car for me and guide me through what I was looking for. I got my car two days after, and ever since I love driving it around. I did felt the VIP Lexus service from him and was thrilled with the experience. Laura also did a fantastic job in orienting me the features. I never thought I was able to drive a Lexus, Thank you Ian....

My experience at Lexus West of Edmonton was by far the best I've ever had.

Walked in the door around 9am and by lunch time I had already picked out an SUV, done the paperwork and was out the door with pick up of my vehicle the next day as I choose an option of Artic paint protection that need time for application.

Sam Pipella was the first salesman to greet me and my son once walking in. Super friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable.
I'm usually annoyed at dealerships and want to get out as fast as possible but this wasn't like that at all.
No pressure, classy service and professional yet easy going guy. Someone you can laugh with while doing a deal.
I've had many experiences buying vehicles, new and old but this time was definitely A+!!!
Gil in finance was amazing! As well as Jillian with my vehicle orientation. I wish my husband wasn't working so he could have been part of the experience as it was so enjoyable and not painful like it has been at other dealers.

Purchased my very first Lexus today!!! . It was difficult in the beginning they had so many amazing selection of high-quality cars. Luckily IAN FERNANDEZ was referred to me by one of my friends and he assisted me in choosing my perfect car. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was pleasant , memorable and stress free. Gill, finance manager offered me a comfortable payment plan. I was able to go home fully informed with all the knowledge on how to operate my car thanks to Jill. Lexus of Edmonton is by far the best dealership I have been, definitely a VIP experience. Just purchased a brand new nx300 f sport, and could not have been more happy with the incredible experience. Ian Fernandez was amazing to work with. Knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely respectful. It was the first time buying a vehicle that I felt heard and that I wasn’t treated differently because my husband did not join me. Cory was also amazing when we went to financing. Answered all of my questions, and made sure that everything went smoothly. By far five star service, and an such a great experience all around!
