Desirae's middle name is Joy and the name of her business is Joy Yoga and its absolutely true! While in her class, Desirae personally tailors your needs and evaluates your physical activity level while providing the push and enthusiasm I need to excel. She has instilled a love for yoga. I went from being unable to sit cross legged, a very beginning student, and I can really see and feel the progress in the last months that I have been in classes with Desirae. The yoga classes are something that I look forward to - for my mind - body and spirit. Everyone should have Desirae as her instructor.

Desirae is an amazing instructor. She is calm and very professional. I attended her yoga by the pool and I will definitely be back!! Highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time , or has children where she can instruct you over facetime. Amazing :)
