(June 18, 2018, 7:15 pm)I've been at this clinic since it opened 7 or 8 years ago. I have NEVER had a bad experience. I am actually surprised to see all the negative comments about the staff, they have never treated me poorly or with disrespect.

They are friendly, they run on time, and the doctors are excellent, what else really matters. -

(December 19, 2017, 8:42 pm)I've been using the clinic forever. The doctors I've dealt with are professional, knowledgeable and caring. The front end staff are good. Remember though, they are there to book appointments and keep the office organized, not to offer medical advice or get into an extended discussion of your symptoms.

There seems to be a lot of negative reviews about front staff. My last visit - the front staff was perfectly polite and friendly. No issues ever with unfriendly staff.
I've been with Dr. Lynda Nguyen and I've only been in once while she was away on vacation, but was promptly put in to see Dr. Cheung. Both Dr.'s listen to my concerns and address them with great results.
