Michelle Catherine Meditation

Michelle is very knowledgable in Mantra Meditation, she made it really easy to understand and not intimidating. I've found it to be very effective in my day-to-day life. I would definitely hit her up for future workshops.

I recently attended one of Michelle's group Mantra classes and am SO glad that I did! She's really opened my eyes to the practice of meditation and so many of the benefits that go along with it. I felt so comfortable throughout the class and really appreciated that she was so open about her own personal experiences. By the time the class was over I felt so relaxed and I slept like a ROCK! Will definitely be attending future classes.

Michelle is such an incredible instructor. I attended a group mantra meditation class and she did a fantastic job of preparing us and giving us the tools we needed to get the most out of the experience. She also gave us a realistic idea of what we could expect and helped us make sense of anything we experienced. Highly, highly recommend her.
