I linked up with Dow through a friend and brought an engagement ring project to him. This guy laid out all my piece options, with timelines and asked for a budget I was comfortable with and what he could do for me with it. His suggestions were genius. I need everyone to understand the work this guy put in for me. Customer service through the roof! He personally hunted down diamonds all over the world and gave me updates with prices and video clips of what he found. He promised me a ring I could be proud of to ask my woman to marry me, actually he said it'd be boss AF and it would pop like crazy! He was not lying! I was floored when I saw his product. My chick almost passed out when I asked her to marry me and showed the ringto her lol! The ring was beyond expectations. These guys take care of you after too; with great warranty if the band loses diamonds or you need a resize. They have a repeat customer for life with me. I started with a bottom 6 pack last year and just recently got my top grill done. In both cases these guys delivered in every way possible. From phone calls to give updates to the amazing finished products they go above and beyond. Phenomenal service from across the country.
