🏴 Flag as inappropriateAfter speaking with one of the lady's about my last experience in the store (which was sometime in November for Christmas shopping) where the service was absolutely terrible. (I had received no help, no one told me about any promotions until I got up to the till, and some staff didn't even know where products were). The lady had apologized for the service back in November and explained to me that their management at the time was not the greatest and there's been some quick changes to the way they handle their service. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile from her. She told me about some deals and then continued on with her work after looking at the jewelry for a bit she asked me if there was anything she could help me with in the cases.
She helped me pick out a stretching kit, answered all my questions and even told me about some piercing deals around the city and helped me determine a gauge size that would frame and fit with my face nicely. She helped me pick out some really cute jewelry (can't wait to get my kitty gauges in) and told me the importance of using a pre mixed solution of saltwater.
