Not a huge fan of the layout, had a hard time locating certain items and eventually had to track down an employee to show us. When ready to pay, there was no cashier at the til. Waited for about 10 mins and still no one. We had to find someone working on the floor to tell them we were ready to pay and needed a cashier. But staff was friendly and prices were decent.

I gave 5 stars for the girls on babies are us side expesially Gayla i think that's her name perfect staff very helpful and knowledgeable recamens them with 5 stars --------_----------------but for the staff at customer service very poor give them 1 star went to to return an item and waited in line for 10 mins to be told I need to go to return counter so went there and waited well she was on phone talking to someone she saw me standing there but never said a word then then ladies that told me to go to return cause she can't do it well she can do it for a lady behind me why not me so I wait very argry train you front staff will customer relation skills

I was getting items off of a registry and looked around for at least 15 minutes trying to find things. I finally just asked someone and she helped me find both items right away. If you are shopping from the registry either do it online or pick out what you want to get and then ask someone to help you find it.

The staff on the babies r us side seem so enthusiastic about there job. Of you have any questions they are sure to know, they're very knowledgable .
