Arby's

The St. Albert and Yellowhead location in Edmonton is awesome! They don't skimp out on meat portions and take care with their quality.

The food we did get was good the employees were polite. But they forgot one of our sandwiches. The receipt confirmed we did pay for it, but since we only found out once we were a 20 min drive away, I had to phone instead of go inside to let them know. In the past I have had other fast food reatuarants give me the option to get the item for free at a later visit, if the error wasn't discovered until we were already at home with the food. So with nobody answering the phone at this location, and the receipt survey automated phone system being lengthy and cumbersome to navigate, there was no way to fix things --unless I took another hour out of my day to go there and back to seal with it. We gave up. It's not a big deal but a little annoying that Arby's owes me five bucks or a sandwich, and I can never really collect it, lol.

Everyone involved in our drive-thru experience was SO friendly! Good for you guys! The sandwich and curly fries were a hit as always! ?

Every time here is a solid experience. Well made food and good service. Whenever I ate in the dining room it was always clean.

They have cherry Coke and that's also important.

Good fast food place. Convenient location off Yellowhead trail and St. Albert trail. Fast service. Food was hot and tasty. Staff was nice. Restaurant is clean and cozy.
P.S. Funny fact - during my visit they had on TV "Super size me" movie.
