Very impressed with the service at Herbers Autobody. The work was done in a timely fashion. When I picked up my vehicle, they had taken the liberty to repair a second paint scratch at no extra charge. To top it off, the interior of my vehicle had been detailed. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend.

I apprentice how I was updated on the services being done on my car every step of the way right up until it was finished and was to be picked up. My repair was done so quickly and a great job at that was done on it. It was washed, cleaned and smelled sooo good with even plastic wraps on the seats and steering ?I loved that. Thanks a lot for doing such a wonderful job on my car Herbers, I appreciate it.

Herbers autobody shop located on Parsons road Edmonton is an awesome place to be. The Customer service relation is amazing, the experts appraising the vehicles take their time to pay attention to details. Regular update on the progress of the vehicle repairs emboldens trust and professionalism. They work with time and it is a fantastic organization, I will constantly refer clients to patronize.

Near the middle of June 2020, a Whitetail Deer struck the windshield/passenger side mirror and window of my 2019 VW Jetta. This occurred on Rabbit Hill Rd. on my way to work. My windshield was decimated, the side view mirror crushed into a pop can, and the passenger side window was strewn across my lap. Parts of the passenger side suffered some scratching as well as gouges and scrapes on the interior door panels. After speaking with my insurer, I already had Herbers Autobody (Parsons Road Location) in mind. They took care of my older Jetta back in July 2019 when it was in a major incident on Henday South.

The most important thing to remember about body shops is that it's generally not their fault when parts are taking a long time to come in. As soon as Herbers obtain what they require for your fix, they begin work immediately.

Customer service professionals, like Chasidy Duckworth and April Borne keep you updated on the status of your vehicle as well as answer any questions you may have during the process. Tom Van Amsterdam was the man who was assigned to oversee my repairs from start to finish. He is very kind and well spoken, paying special attention to customers' concerns.

Kudos to the team in the shop as well. They work fast and accurately, cutting absolutely no corners, along with treating your vehicle as if it was their own! The colour of my car is a confusing "White Silver Metallic" as the manufacturer names it, and I was astounded by how well they matched and blended the paint on the passengers side. They returned my car cleaner and more detailed inside/out, than the day I pulled out of the lot.

My car was there last week. It was my first accident and my car badly damaged. It is a lease car from Honda. I was thinking nobody can fix it perfectly but when I received the car I was surprised. It is as good as before. They work was amazing and perfect. It supposed to take 3 weeks but I recieved my car after a week. They also provide me with a SUV just for 25$ for the whole period of time. It was very good for me because my insurance doesn't cove car rental. Overall I am very happy and impressed by their service. Thank you Theresa Ponich and other staff
