Very good customer service. They took time and care to present various options, explained well and offered competitive deals. However, although the Sealy adjustable bed arrived on time, we are still waiting for the delivery of the mattress.

Friendly staff. Good deals. Great experience. Definitely a store to visit. Yes its a bit expensive but when there is sales its worth the visit besides the colors of the bedrooms that they have you wont find it in any other store unique and amazing. Thanks

It was like using the red 'that was easy' button from Staples. The salesperson was very professional showed us our options, provided good value on our money for the purchases. The store set up was excellent allowing us to look and feel different pieces of furniture and to see at a glance how style, colour texture, and designs worked with each other when they are located close by. Payment financing was offered, providing the flexibility of affordable financial planning if needed.

Worked with Jason to purchase a sofa set and a dining table. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable. He took the time to explain all aspects of the furniture we purchased and helped us decide between our top choices. He also made great recommendations. Overall we had an amazing experience and we would purchase furniture from him again.

Keith was great. Personable and not pushy. Very helpful. We will definitely go back to Ashley and deal with Keith again. Although the gentleman processing our payment was not personable at all. We will be addressing this with management. Awesome furniture with lots of selection.
