I went into the store to buy my chair and I am on a cane I was treated very well. Kristofer was very professional even demonstrating the function of the chair for me and answering all my questions he even helped me out to my car.

(August 22, 2019, 6:07 pm)Quite knowledgeable about the products. But it feels like your walking into a military complex, you have to sign in and wait until a salesman shows you around. Not particularly conducive to buying products. I believe their pricing is fairly good. The return policy is very poor however.

(July 26, 2018, 6:25 am)What an awesome experience dropping by RGO! Sarah showed me many different styles and experiences focused around creating a healthy, upbeat and productive work environment. The product that stood out to me was a strip you can line glass meeting rooms with that blanks out the TV screens to people walking by. As a veteran in the commercial moving industry I have seen the disdain some employees have for their work environment. Go with RGO and people will be excited to come to the workplace and treat it with respect.
