Gentle Steam

Definitely would recommend others....their rental equipments are like in brand new condition and the work it did on my carpet was truely magical.

The only downside was the soap ran out on me too quickly and had to buy more, but maybe it was just coz my carpets were too dirty.

Best customer service, no hidden charges, and of course, the price was reasonable.

We have used the carpet steam cleaner many times at home and it always does an amazing job. Great price for the rental as well. We will always use Gentle Steam.

I was selling my 12 yrs old car with condition that smoking odour must be removed. I found many positive feed backs about the Gentle Steam cleaning. I had them use ozon machine + interior steam cleaning. The buyer of my car was very satisfied with the quality of their work and bought my car. They were able to get rid of 12 years of smoking odour in 2 days (ozone, cleaning and venting). Very reasonable cost with obove expectated finish and kind+ helpful staffs. Highly recommend to everyone.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is making sure all staff are recommending the same product. I was told I needed one product over the phone but ended up needing another when I went to pick it up.
They made sure I had everything I needed and explained all relevant safety items in detail.

I dumped a whole gallon of paint down the basement stairs. Thought I would have to replace the carpet. Jason came out and made it look like new .... Thankyou Jason !
