(February 14, 2019, 1:13 am)The location and concrete design is amazing. The building is professionally managed, staff are very helpful, and building is secure. There are plenty of businesses close by, and only 1 bus to get to LRT station. I recommend this building to many others in the area, as many are poorly managed and unprofessional, based on my experience looking for accommodations in the area.

(February 14, 2019, 12:26 am)This building is by far the NICEST rental building in the Southside. The finishes are high end and very modern. The staff are very knowledgeable as they are long term Regency employees so that makes it very easy to communicate policies and building regulations so all the tenants are on the same page and happy. I highly recommend this building if you are looking for a nice, quiet place to live.
