4WP - Off Road Truck & Jeep 4X4 Parts

I recently got a lift kit installed on my new 2018 Jeep JL. The staff we're very helpful and professional, price was good too. There was a bit of a longer wait but that was due to the fact it was their first JL lift that they had done so the wanted to make sure everything was done right. Overall the install was very professionally done and the quality of work was spot on!

I highly recommend 4 wheel parts. They stand by their products and if you aren’t happy they will remedy that. I’ve had headlights installed for a little over a week and wasn’t happy with them. I told them and they exchanged them with other ones. Never charged me and shop fees either!! I left that store happy once again. Thanks guys. It will be the place I always take my Jeep for parts.

Jason And Troy were great to deal with, took there time figuring out correct ride height and rake with there technicians so we received exactly what we wanted, gave great explanations as to why certain components were better options than others and showed examples of factory vs aftermarket components. Extremely Good Service, and quality work, would recommend to anyone looking to level or lift there vehicle.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of parts for my truck and Jeep. Good pricing too. Haven't used their installation services so cantc comment on that

I’m embarrassed to say I forget the new managers name, I think it’s Tony. My husbands truck was dropped off to get shocks replaced. We were told a particular time that it would be ready. We left and came back at that time. When we got there we were told it would take a few hours longer due to some unforeseen circumstances so what could we do? We waited. Well the manager went above and beyond to come talk to us to apologize and to make sure we walked away happy. He gave us a discount where he could and told us to call him next time we want something and he would take it a step further at that time and do something else for us. Not only did he do these things but he made it personal, he made sure that our truck was finished before the new quoted time and he spent time with us just talking and being very very friendly! Us being from Newfoundland I guess lol, we greatly appreciated that. We appreciate the big things he did for us but the small things just as much. I greatly apologize for not remembering your name, but thank you “Tony” haha. We can honestly say we would recommend this shop to anyone and we will be return customers for sure.
