I am so happy that after all my research I found this shop. It's always hard to find a reliable, affordable and efficient auto repair shop when youre new to a city. The team at Auto Imports is exceptionally professional and comforting when it comes to taking care of your repair and tuning needs. You will leave knowing your car is better than before and it didn't cost you an arm and a leg. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I needed an out of province inspection on short notice and Auto Imports was able to provide that fast service. The front desk workers were very easy to deal with and communication was great. Ended up with a large bill that I wasn't expecting, but sometimes, you win, sometimes you don't. The joys of buying used cars. But I have my car registered now and it is a spectacular car!

I had a great experience so I thought I would share it. I needed major repair work and was not sure I would qualify for financing. I worked with Shad an he was extremely understanding and helped me maximize my loan potential. We prioritized the work and he reviewed everything with me thoroughly. My vehicle runs great, they did fantastic work. Just be warned - this is one of the most busiest garages I have ever seen. If you need your vehicle back right away you may want to consider going elsewhere. Sometimes you have to wait for good quality. Consider the wait.

I went to Auto Imports for an out-of-province inspection and, despite leaving with a large bill, I felt they were honest and reliable. Andrew kindly took the time to explain all the required repairs in great detail. Moreover, he recognized and showed genuine sympathy with regards to the unexpected financial burden and tried his best to decrease the cost of parts and labour as much as he could. I will definitely be going back to Auto Imports in the future as I felt they were extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.
