Platinum Fine Cars

I bought an SUV from Platinum Fine Cars last December and I was very impressed by the whole experience.

Three months+ after the purchase, I discovered during a routine check that I needed to replace the back breaks as well as the front ball joint. I called their office, and to my amazement, they offered to fix all the issues. Now all the issues have been resolved and they have successfully demonstrated that their business is not just about making profit but that they are willing to go over and above to ensure customer satisfaction.

I am very pleased with the performance of my car and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

They're OK. Buyer beware of small things - like missing keys, etc, which we found out the hard way AFTER the sale. Will not be going back.

I spoke with them, and they seem very sincere in maintaining their good customer relations, from the short conversation I had with them, I would not hesitate to deal with them in the future.

I just bought a car from this dealership, and the customer service was absolutely excellent. For one, I had the chance to see all the cars without hesitation, the test driving experience was great and Jacky Wong was very honest and upfront about anything that was asked. He even had the vehicle delivered at home.

The most outstanding thing, however. When we brought the car home, it had some issues, so we brought it back--and Jacky immediately offered to take care of the issues, and he actually got everything fixed without hesitation or causing any troubles. He values the customer's satisfaction over his profit. I would absolutely suggest this dealership to anyone, the customer service is phenomenal and they really do care about customer satisfaction going above and beyond to make sure the buyer is happy.

They were very nice. Knowledgeable about the inventory. I got to sit in a bunch of cars. Test drive was good. No pressure...
