Best customer service I've experienced in a LONG time - would highly recommend making a purchase here they know what it means to stand behind their brand.

Excellent customer service, quality, and value.

I worked with Kevin, he measured my feet/arches/pressure points etc. to ensure a good fit. He recommended shoes based on what I was looking for, found size, and insoles for a really good, comfortable fit. Kevin even offered to bring in shoes from other locations that might work better for me based on what I was looking for.

Downside is the upfront cost, they are expensive shoes. But I would rather pay $200-400 for a comfortable pair of work shoes that lasts 5-10 years, then $100 for an uncomfortable pair that last a year.

I went to both the south common and terra losa locations and the staff at both are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Listen to them when it comes to recommendations and sizing. They know their stuff. Some of the best service I’ve received.

I get that boots are good quality, but you can get them anywhere. Even online. It's the exceptional passionate service by Megan that made my day! Whatever we do, let's be best at it. And she has the same principle!
