  This store has a friendly staff. However, they did not have the phone in stock that they had on display. In this day and age, a brick and mortar store needs to have its products in stock.
  
  I then went to the 34th ave location, where they told me the phone sale needed to be cash or debit, final sale. Why?
  
  Next, I asked if I could change my phone number, and I was instructed to call the phone company. Why? Can't you do that in the store?
  
  I still think Freedom is the best of the mobile carriers. However, more and more they are pushing two year contracts just like the Big Three. They seemed surprised that I wanted to buy a phone without a contract.

  The guy was rude and the system wasn't working properly. I love freedom mobiles deals but they need to fix some things.

  Always great service, but man, someone tell these guys to use some air freshener in the store. Body odor is a very unflattering scent when you walk in.
