  I love the classes and the instructors, it is a very motivating environment and I always push myself. The waiting area itself is tiny though. Only two washrooms, two showers and a limited number of lockers. Also, I agree with another commentor who mentioned the front staff aren't very friendly anymore. I had better experiences with the front staff when I first joined but there always seems to be a new face at the front now. They charge $12 for "late cancellations" (less than 8 hours notice) even if you have a legitimate reason and they know that spot will usually get filled anyway (most classes have a waitlist with people waiting in the studio before classes to get in). The stringency has made me want to quit on more than one occasion - they're lucky the coaches are so awesome and I haven't left yet - front staff was way more understanding before.

  Yes the workouts are varied and intense with usually great instructors. But its not 5 stars thanks to an entrance full of dirty shoes and a waiting area full of people trying to find a place to put their stuff. Its strange why they let that happen but I guess the focus is on fitness and thats what matters most. I also wish their phone app would be updated or fixed.

  Love Orange Theory. The motivation we get from the coaches and the drive to keep going with the variety of power packed workouts keeps me coming back. 60 minutes and your done with your daily workout and come out feeling great every time.

  The trainers are amazing, I love the workouts but the front desk people aren’t helpful and really don’t act like they care. Also- they charge $12 if you miss a class without cancelling 8 hours before. I got food poisoning one day and left school because I was so sick and they still wouldn’t take me out of the class without charging $12...

  My fitness level and confidence in my abilities have skyrocketed since joining OT. I love the almost monthly challenges available to members. They keep things interesting and continue to push the limits of what I can do. My running base pace has jumped 2 mph this year. I am excited for what this means for my race skills come next summer! The trainers are awesome, and Carl, the front desk guy, is so thoughtful and friendly. I have raved about OT to everyone I know and will continue to do so.
