  For a family of 4 we got 2 queen size beds. Lots of room to move around. I like this place for the convenience of being at the mall and not having to carry bags every where you go

  Haven't stayed here in quite sometime but when we last did it was great. Stayed in the polynesian room. Was pretty nice. The L2 lounge and dining room were really good. Fond memories here, need to return and see how things are now.

  For a hotel with a4.5 rating we were very disappointed with the noise that could be heard both in the rooms and halls. Could’ve use some soundproofing. The theme room was nice but lacks decent lighting, not a bathrobe hook to be found in the bathroom. It’s the little things that make a hotel exceptional. The valet parking we we were told would take 15 minutes, took 40 minutes. We enjoyed our stay but the hotel could use some updating.

  Have been attending meetings here for a while. First class rooms available for events of all sizes. Recommend their coffee and am snack service. Sound quality is good too... ceiling speakers allow for quality sound around the whole room.

  Very nice hotel, the rooms were clean and well kept. I didn't try the room service or hotel restaurants. It was -30c when I went to West Edmonton mall for a getaway and it was nice that I didn't have to go outside at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is the parking but it was a minor issue.
