Great place to buy a suit. You just have to stand there and answer a whole bunch of questions. Staff take care of the rest and they do a good job.

Eugene was absolutely amazing, for someone who rarely wears a suit, the staff were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction, would definitely go back for another suit should the need arise

Had a really good experience picking out my wedding suit. Shout out to Ryan and Alanis for answering all my questions with patience and helping me get the suit exactly how I wanted. The spring sale event was also really good. I had the suit delivered to the store, the first time it was too big, Ryan took notes on further alterations based on my liking, sent it out for alterations again, and the suit came back bang on the second time. Really happy with how it turned out. Would recommend!

In business things don't always go as planned but what defines a company is how they stand behind their products and take care of those customers in these situations. I have revised my review from 2 stars to 5 because Indochino hit it out of the park. I was traveling after I received my shirts so it was a full 6 months before I got home and was able to go back in. The revisions we made to sleeve length and cuff tightness means the three new shirts that were delivered to me today are perfect. The lesson learned here is be proactive. Custom means for me specifically and don't be afraid in a fitting to ask questions and get the fit you want and not what norms dictate. I highly recommend this company

So it’s been a couple of months living with the three shirts I had made and I think I am finally ready to give an honest evaluation.

I guess the 2 star rating gives it away. My overall experience is a disappointment.

To be fair I have never had a custom shirt made, and I should have informed myself better on the process but I was exited to advantage of a gift card that was given to me and get the process started. I guess I should also explain that I love dress shirts and my wardrobe consists primarily of high end and mid range long-sleeved 100% cotton or linen shirts.

I went in store in West Edmonton to get measured up. Being a neophyte I allowed the young woman to take measurements, listened to a few explanations on options and then had to make choices on the three shirts I wanted. I did not find her particularly helpful or friendly.

The measurements she took were accurate but knowing what I know now I would have preferred slightly longer sleeves and larger diameter on the cuffs so that my watch can pass through them better.

Next step was choosing the fabric. I was hoping for a nice linen or cotton linen blend and actually waited impatiently for several months on the promise that these fabrics might become available but gave up in the end when they never materialized (pun intended) and settled for lighter weight cotton.

It took several weeks for my shirts to finally arrive and my initial impression was favorable. The fit was good other then the sleeves and cuffs as previously mentioned.

The disappointment came after several washes and wears. I am not sure what kind of cotton they use but they are difficult to iron and do not come out as crisp when compared to my Thomas Pink’s or even my linen Black and Brown’s.

After only a few wears and washes (my shirts never see a dryer) I find that I am constantly cutting unraveled threads which doesn’t speak well for longevity (see photo).

At a price point of $240.00 CAD for three shirts I was not expecting miracles but frankly I was expecting more. The idea of a perfectly fitted shirt is great but losses it’s luster when the quality does not match up to an off the rack J-Crew, Banana Republic or American Eagle dress shirts.
