Janek came and did his inspection thoroughly, then walked us through any issues he found with recommendations. The report was ready very quickly and included several pictures and videos illustrating exactly what was checked.

We highly recommend Janek. We just had him inspect the house that we are buying and he did a very good job. He explains the details of the inspection and answers all our questions. He is also very honest about the inspection and he’ll show you around the house where he finds something you need to pay attention to. He’ll also recommend things you need to do to if he finds something that needs to be done. His report is very easy to understand and has pictures and videos he took during the inspection.

Janek and Dexter came as a team to do my home inspection. They split up and focused on their own expertise. I followed around and asked many questions, all of which were answered with certainty and an explanation. They were much more thorough than I expected. The price was also the best compared to other quotes I got. Once all was said and done they each gave me a verbal explanation of their inspection and findings, followed by an email breakdown that was very detailed. Both Janek and Dexter were not only professional in every way but also friendly and very knowledgeable.
