After visiting Crystal Glass last year, I was told that there are no aftermarket windshields available for my Acura RLX. With dealer replacement cost close to $2,000, I think I felt stunned. No problem though because the fine folks at Crystal Glass hooked me up with ami. Over the past ten months, I have had Crystal Glass repair several chips. But a major rock attempted to come completely through my windshield immediately in my line of sight. Off to Crystal Glass, I quick set-up call, hand over my $50.00 deductible and, voila! Done like dinner! Thank you ami for making the difficult seem so impossibly simple.

He listened patiently to collect all the details and asked questions until he completely understood our side of the story. He treated us with fairness and trusted our integrity. Super company!! I have been with these folks for many years and have the utmost respect and good to say about the service they provide and the people representing AMI.
As an example, I had made arrangements to get my windshield replaced right around Easter and Chrystal Auto Glass was ready to go with the replacement . I had to scoot out of the country for business and missed the apt. Weeks went by and I wanted to get it done while I was back in town.
Well in that time , my annual agreement had lapsed with AMI so technically I was not insured. I called Brandon at AMI and because he saw that I was in contract with Chrystal a couple months previously, he honored the replacement of the windshield even though the contract had lapsed.
Thanks guys and just know that I plan to stay with you through thick and thin.
