I know nothing about electric so it was great to have Jesse come to my house and explain everything to me in a way I could understand. It’s very easy to tell when someone is passionate about their work and I felt like I was dealing with a true professional the whole time I dealt with him. He broke everything down and explained my options. He took the time to discuss and I felt like he listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push anything on me that I didn’t need. He even went out of his way and fixed a few other minor issues that he happened to notice while he was there. Jesse was fantastic! He responded to my inquiry within the hour, and was at my door the same evening to help me out.
