The wait was a little long but the surgery itself was so quick and not as scary as I thought it would be, given that I had a full set of very impacted wisdom teeth. The ladies at the front seemed to like each other and their job and they were sweet and professional. I didn’t talk to the doctor himself for very long but he made things clear and consise and plainly had a lot of experience. The best part, though, about the whole experience was the nurse that brought me in to do the surgery. I want to say her name was Shirley but I don’t remember for sure, but she was the sweetest, gentlest woman. She could tell I was scared and just had the kindest touch, you could tell she cared about her patients. What a wonderful lady! Thank you everyone at Groat oral surgery, I appreciate the care and kindness.

I would like to give Dr.Kreutz, Dr.Bucyk & my nurse (i believe her name was Helen) 5/5 stars.
Dr Kreutz answered my concerns and even sutured up the ulcer that had opened up in my mouth due to my wisdom teeth cutting into my check. I am still on the first night post, but aside from some soreness (as to be expected) I am going to bed comfortable!
Dr.Bucyk the anesthesiologist was very relaxing prior to general anesthesia. He explained everything he was doing, which helped my concerns around going under general anesthesia. His Iv initiation was painless and he didn't show off using a big bore needle, big plus in my books!
Helen (god I hope that was her name) has 50 years of OR experience. The moment I met her I knew I was in good hands. probably the best part of my experience was talking to her as she walked me back to the operating room.
The front staff, could've explained better. prior to meeting the doctors & nurses I felt the experience was cold and a bit confusing. This is the only reason I am giving a 4 star rating.
