(January 20, 2019, 6:33 pm)I know next to nothing about Ethiopian food, but what I tried - a veggie mix and a spicy meat mix - was delicious, the serving sizes were massive (took home half of it), staff was friendly and the prices were extremely reasonable. Will definitely be returning.

(November 15, 2018, 2:01 am)Food was good. That's the most important thing. I had the veg platter. And all the curries were good. Although the food took a long time to come out and the service wasn't great. We ordered a coffee that never came. And my tea took about 15 minutes to arrive.

(September 4, 2018, 9:52 pm)Food is incredible and super filling. The vegetarian platter serves AT LEAST two, so bring an appetite or a friend. Service is typically quiet and unobtrusive but also very friendly. Walia is always on my list when people ask for recommendations. :)

(August 11, 2018, 1:48 am)Fantastic food. We love Ethiopian food and this was definitely some of the best we have ever had. The mixed vegetarian platter is incredible (my personal favorite) and my husband loved the tibs with chicken. Our three year old loves the miser wot (the yellow non spicy one). We will be making a point to come back every time we visit Edmonton.
