Such a great company and Charmaine is awesome. She made sure we were happy and loved our new carpet.

I had the opportunity to meet with Sharmaine Monteith at her business Affinity Flooring on July 14. What an amazing first impression. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a very cheerful receptionist who memorized my name and upon leaving made sure to say have a great day John.
Sharmaine is very passionate about what she does. She takes pride in all aspects of her business putting her customers and team members needs front and centre. She focuses on carrying top quality Canadian produced products. Her system for quality control is second to none, having a quality control expert attend all jobs through the process and do a final quality inspection once the job is complete. If it's not 100% they fix it now not allowing the customer any opportunity to be disappointed.

Classy store in the West End which was easy to get to as I am not the best with directions. The staff was nice and welcoming.

Other: The contractor had attitude, so I called up Affinity and Sharmaine was quick to correct the situation. I respect that they are solution driven, this factor is important to me when it comes to doing business, I would do business with them again.

They did a fricking perfect job on the tile in our kitchen... my wife and I are literally blown away by the finished look of the floor and we couldn't be happier. Thank you guys so much for the prompt installation and for keeping us in the loop with everything that was going on through the whole process. I'll be getting the carpet in my basement done by Affinity as well! =)
