  Amazing staff and clinic very professional and caring. Dr. Bassem went out of his way to make sure My cat (Shear Khan) was well taken. Are of from the moment he met him. Upon returning for the follow up after him having two hip surgeries he was genuinely happy to see the change in Shear Khan attitude and personality. Highly recommend and very affordable. I will not bring my pets anywhere else after this experience !! ????????

  Highly recommend Southfort Veterinary Clinic to everybody and their furry friends! Dr. Bishay and his staff were extremely caring, understanding and helpful when it came to our 7 year old dog, Fel. After multiple calls to clinics and a trip to the emergency vet in Edmonton with no solutions, ONE call to the Southfort clinic and without having seen us yet, they took our emergency situation into their hands without hesitation. Fel had a large cancerous mass in her breast that took a very long 4 hours of surgery with also needing to be spayed for other health reasons .Dr. Bishay and his team were completely thorough when it came to the circumstances which were not very good. Fel was a very high risk case that had a 50/50 chance of coming out of this surgery alive . Everyone took a gamble but we are extremely happy to be able to bring her home tonight . Extremely generous with pricing and such a loveable team, our family will be forever grateful for them . Although we are not out of the woods and there is still a long road to recovery, we appreciate absolutely everything Southfort veterinary clinic has done for us ❤️❤️❤️

  Wonderful experience today. My dog broke 3 teeth and Dr. Bishay and the girls there were supportive, and so polite. They took great care of my boy and the cost was very reasonable! Dr. Bishay was very through and they took the time to explain post op. Treatment and contingencies. I would highly recommend coming here. I know I'll be coming back!

  Took my kitten there about half an hour before closing on a Saturday. They took us in and the vet thoroughly examined her, never once felt like he was rushing through the exam. Gave us meds and went through the care instructions. Price was very reasonable, although this is my first pet and I don’t have a lot of experience paying for vet bills. Just came out to less than I thought it would.

  Open late on a weekend! I had an emergency with my cat having a serious puncture wound on his ear. I rushed him down from Sherwood Park, Dr. Bassem examined his ear immediately and gave me a couple of options for treatment. His recommended option was out of my budget due to me adopting a new fur baby less than a week ago. He worked with me to get it within my budget. As an added bonus he was very gentle and kind with my cat. I highly recommend this clinic, it was well worth the drive to receive amazing care for my fur baby.
