Was a great place to camp, sites were huge ... could use more bathrooms throughout the campground. Low spot where neighbors were that was all water and mud and they had kids ... felt bad for them.

Best pickerel fishing I have ever seen. Line up with the canal on the proper side of the marker buoys. Drop anchor and use frozen minnows on a pickerel rig. Give it 15 minutes to warm up and you will catch add many as you want.

We caught 123 pickerel between the two of us this day

Well kept campground. Very nice with alot of great campsites. Very quiet after 11. The only issue I had with this campground was the beach. Not maintained very well. Really weedy and full of birds and bird feces. Could use a store or concession but other than that it's a great place for the family.

Great campground. Lots of space and pretty quiet. But the pull-throughs look like they should have gravel sites for the trailers. Bit of a mud bowl.

The sites are larger on average and a decent price. Some are a little more private, though none are really secluded. Good for having groups adjacent if needed. The waterfront is ok, and if you like the water, unless you have a boat, you need to enjoy before August. After that the blue algae comes in very quick and makes the lake uninviting. Do not let your dogs into it.
