(November 19, 2018, 6:54 am)I come here quite often due to work. It can be quite busy and the location isn't the easiest place to find if you're not familiar with EIA. The counter staff and warehouse staff are generally friendly and do their best to quickly unload your cargo or bring it to you if you're picking up something. I haven't had any bad experiences here yet.
