Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

M y husband and I went to the Ralph Lauren Factory Store yesterday for the first time. Immediately we were told about extra30% off Clearance. I went to ladies, Nick to men’s. Three items I found did not have the reduced price on them. I asked a floor staff and she went to the front of the store to check. Came back, told me. I said but there are so many items here unmarked, she just shrugged. My husband found a t-shirt, took it to the front, and found it was $10.49. He picked up 2 more from the same place , but they were $20 each. I asked which ones were $10.49. The clerk said” bring them to the front and check. I asked why they were not marked. She said” so you can be surprised at the price”. The worst shopping experience ever. I bought nothing, Nick bought the $10.49 t-shirt he found. Terrible customer service.
