I had my rzr in for service, they said they'd call me when it was done. They were straight forward with the pricing of everything. Over all I was happy

Great shop, great people and good vibe. Dealt with Tim who answered all my questions and was extremely professional. Never felt pressured once by him and seemed to really take interest in what I was looking for. Also met their GM, I believe his name was Tate, who offered to take me on a demo ride. Not sure what I was expecting but my experience was very good and really enjoyed myself. Will definitely purchase from Cycle Works and highly recommend them to anyone. Tim rocks!

As a female motorcyclist, it was nice to find a shop that took care of me throughout the entire sales process. Not only did the salesmen help me decide on the bike (V-Strom 650) the parts department were great with finding accessories and the service department was easy to deal with for installation. Overall would highly recommend!

Awesome store and awesome location. Very easy to get to. Helpful friendly staff and you can tell everyone there actually rides. Great prices and some of the smartest parts guys in the biz. So happy they carry Husqvarna now too!!
PS: Ask about the guy who took a sick day and went to the track instead, only to break his ankle. It's a funny story.

Always had good service here. Knowledgeable parts department that has been helpful over the years. I like how the salesmen allow test rides, it made it easier for me to make my decision, and there was no pressure.
