I just found out about Mewassin Automotive Repair this year and I am very impressed with their service. Now my son brings his vehicles here too. I really appreciate how Mel explains and shows what repairs had to be completed. I feel very confident and trust their recommendations. It is hard to believe that there are still people in today's world that actually care about the service they provide.

Brought my car in to get a repair on the muffler. They gave me a loaner car to drive that day, which was nice. Got a call saying the repair wouldn't be done that day, so I put $20 of fuel in the tank. Got a call the next morning that they were adding $30 charge to the job.

Decent people, but I disagree with the adding of the additional charge. Quotes are not supposed to be increased without consultation, and if a job is misquoted - tough luck. That's how the world works. Also, I could have ran the loaner car dry, and still made it back. I was a little disappointed they didn't cut me some slack for that.

I think I'll do a little more price shopping around in town next time.

Visited this shop for my timing belt replacement and water pump along with a number of other maintenance items on a recommendation from a friend, they set me up with a loaner vehicle for the duration, kept me informed of progress and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely worth the trip to have these professionals work on your vehicle. Service is top notch!!!
