I absolutely LOVE this place!!! The front end staff are very professional and friendly, the cleanliness is superior and my monthly massage from Lauryl is fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to take a break from their busy lives and pamper themselves here! Oh and don't forget to sit in the infra-red sauna to detoxify your liver. I will forever be coming here for my monthly spa treatments! I am so grateful this beautiful place exists in Spruce Grove! Thank you everyone for your professionalism and high quality services. Been getting product from Tru Balance for years and recently started going there for massage. Annette and Andrea are simply top notch. I walk in with aches and pains, most recently from a fall on ice, and leave feeling amazing & pain free. The facility & decor is lovely, clean, & serene. I like to show up early to enjoy it and stay after massage for an infra-red sauna. I look forward to sampling the spa offerings soon. The lounge area, robes, complementary sauna, everything is great. Love this place. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with information about products and services. World Class Spa right in Spruce Grove. Who knew?! Love it!

The staff are really wonderful. I have not been disappointed at all even when I have needed to meet a new (to me) staff member. Their level of care and concern for their client is superb. Such a clean, bright, beautiful (and big) facility as well. Always a pleasure.

Fantastic, Amanda gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had in my life, I was so relaxed and felt so pampered. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m definitely going back!
