Gotcha Covered of NW Edmonton and St. Albert

I ordered blinds from Tamara. In keeping with social distancing, we met on my front porch. Tamara listened to my needs and produced both more and less expensive options.

The blinds were ordered and installed within 4 weeks. Install was seamless and I am extremely happy with the experience. I highly recommend Tamara.

Got blackout roller shades from Gotcha Covered - great product and service! Huge selection of options, but Tamara helped us narrow down on what we want and it was so nice to see (and touch!) all samples right inside our home. Will definitely use again in the future if I ever need more window covers!

Tamara showed up for our first appointment on time and was happy to give us expert suggestions regarding which brand, blind type, texture and colour to go with. I opted to proceed with the blind purchase for my entire house because her pricing was very competitive and fair compared to the other quotes which I had previously received from major brand name competitors.

On install day, Tamara assisted the installer with approximately 25 x window blinds so they finished well ahead of schedule. The blind measurements that she had taken prior to our custom order were accurate, so all our blinds fit perfectly.

I can't thank Tamara enough, as we wanted to do this window treatment upgrade for a couple of years but were never happy with the representatives who had quoted or guided us thru the purchase process. Tamara nailed it with the right blind choice, the best colour choice, the correct measurements and a quick install. I would highly recommend her along with the quality products that she sells.

Getting window coverings during a pandemic is a challenging thing. We were ready to get new blinds for our three basement windows.

Tamara was great, she provided us with sample kits, answered all of our questions via phone and email. She guided us to help us measure the windows.

Then we waited for a few weeks, and then ... they were installed. Tamara and her installer were great. They were quickly installed, she took the old blinds for disposal, the new blinds with motors are awesome!

We look forward to getting the main floor windows done soon.
