NAPA AUTOPRO - Big Kev's Tire and Auto

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Big Kev's for several years now. The workmanship and eye for detail is second to none. Frank is an honest and knowledgeable service writer and takes the time to explain everything and tries to save the customer money if possible. It's a busy shop so book your appointment early. By far the best auto repair shop i've been to.

I've brought my car in a few times for various issues and they always do a thorough job of checking my car out. They take the time to explain everything, including what repairs are needed immediately as well as what repairs can wait.

Excellent Auto repair shop! They repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion and made it road worthy once again. The service was friendly and prices fair. My actual final bill was lower than the estimate which was a nice surprise. They are in an easy to get to location and can tell they care about the community and it's members.

My wife found their info online and we called to get an estimate for a rear brake service. Very polite over the phone and explained many details. We decided to give them a try. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up at 3 pm. Price was exactly what was agreed too. They also provided considerable information in regards to the status of our vehicle noting it did not require any additional work at this time. They confirmed our tires are good for at least another season and a bit. They also reviewed the front brakes noting they did not require service for some time yet to come. I will definitely go back for more service here in the future.

Without a doubt the best service and repair that I have ever encountered when dealing with a garage. Bonny has been honest, dependable and educational with all the work I have done on my and my family vehicles. The staff is always friendly and treat you like they are appreciative to have your business. From my first visit to now, the service has never slipped and maintained what nowadays is rare and forgotten...GREAT customer service with integrity!
