  Nichole is phenomenal. Never a need to go anywhere else. Makes you feel super comfortable and her knowledge is extensive and you can really tell she's passionate about her profession.

  Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable and skillful staff that try to make the experience as painless as possible. Definitely worth the drive to Sherwood Park :)

  Edit: I texted them and was able to go back right away and Nichole did such an amazing job and made sure most of the hair was gone. Thank you again, Nichole! Completely satisfied and I can enjoy my trip without worrying about my bathing suit.
  
  Valerie is such a nice lady who will make you feel welcomed and comfortable during your wax. Not to mention she’s very fast! But the reason why I only put 2 stars is that even after going for my second wax after 4 weeks and 3 days, there’s still a lot of hair left that got cut while waxing. I’ve been getting a Brazilian wax since 2007 so usually after the second wax, it’s all clean but for some reason my second time still had quite some hair left. I still loved my experience because Valerie made me feel comfortable but I’m not totally satisfied with my wax. I measured some hair and they’re long enough to get waxed so maybe it’s the wax being used but a lot got cut off and I’m pretty bummed about that.
