I was greeted right away and the Manager came over to see what was happening with it. She immediately took some pictures and sent an email to head office and gave me her card. She was very sincere and took great initiative in helping me out. I always appreciate the service and warranty/ exchange policy that Rickis has. I will definitely continue shopping here.
