Very clean site and the staff have been really friendly every time I have gone into the office. Also very secure so I have not been worried about my stuff being lost.

After multiple failed attempts to rent a uhaul over this last week, I was starting to run out of options and my patience was wearing thin. We finally got directed to real deal storage, where a uhaul was going to be waiting for us. After waiting all day we were informed that it wasnt going to be dropped off till after hours, and you were in fact closed on Sunday. My heart was hurting and my brain was steaming. Your amazing Manager made arrangements to come after close to set the truck up for self pickup. When that fell through, she went out of her way to wake up on her day off to come in and set us up with a truck so we could complete my move! She was in no way was obligated to do so, and for that we are truly grateful. This is the true embodiment of customer service and needs to be recognized. I highly suggest rewarding this person with a paid day off ;)

Too expensive, but access is good and they keep the place clean. No garbages on site though, which would be a nice service. They also don’t return emails.

Had a great experience renting a U-Haul here for the day. The lady on the counter was friendly and made the experience a breeze. I will be using them again in the future.
