Had to bring my truck for out of province inspection and it failed on a few things. Mechanic was very professional with showing me the work to be done when I asked, explained what had to be removed and changed to fix the problem, and also showed me his manual to explain why it failed so I knew it wasn’t a pointless repair. Work was also done very fast. Getting oil changes they seem to be very good at finding issues other places miss, are good at educating on what the issue is, what causes it and what to keep an eye on between changes. I’d give 2 stars for labour cost but that’s every dealer. Staff wise 5 stars compared to other places I’ve been to.

Next time you are looking for that next big purchase, be it a new or used vehicle, be sure to ask for Matt... Rarely do you enter a dealership and expect genuine service, through many years and many dealerships I have been through there have only been 2 real individuals I have ever had the pleasure meeting.
